A Dozen For Dinner: the thrifty table

I love dishes. My first collection was my Christmas dishes. Then I began collecting white stoneware. I have a growing collection of serving pieces, small individual pieces and some baking dishes. Lately I have been bitten by the thrifting bug. My sister is my usual partner in crime although sometimes we are joined by my mom. Rarely we are accompanied by a daughter, hers or mine. We feel fortunate to have several great thrift stores near our homes or where we most frequently shop out of town. We have rarely left empty handed.
